ARES TEAM MEMBERS NEED "CORE 4" CERTIFICATON
"CORE 4" (FEMA: IS 100, IS 200, IS 700, IS 800) Certification is now a base-line criteria in CT ARES for you to be able to work with our "served agencies" for: Drills, Exercises, and Real World Events.
-- "CORE 4" Certification is your key to being welcomed by them and work among them.
Good News
You only need to take these courses ONE TIME.
While these courses are offered on-line (for free), we recognize that many people prefer learn in a Face-to-Face classroom environment.
"CORE 4" Classes 2015 (Wallingford)
Seeing this need, Joe KC1BAQ, our ARES Emergency Coordinator (EC) in Wallingford, has arranged to run a CORE 4 Training Series for his Wallingford ARES Team and MRC volunteers.
*** He has now opened up a few seats to other CT ARES Team members outside of Wallingford who need to complete their "CORE 4" certification.
