Suggest that an easy link or button be placed on this site home page to access standard ARES report forms, particularly FSD-157.

At present you have to drill through the ARRL site to get the form.

We have now added a menu under the "Links" menu for ARES Report Forms - you can use the "Submit a link" function when you are logged in if you wish to add more, or post the form you would like to add here and we'll add it to the list.
FSD-157 now has a link from here directly to the ARRL page for that form.
