We would like to run some tests of the 60M band and Near Vertical Incident Skywave [NVIS] antennae for local, statewide and eventually border states.

We would like to test during daytime and evening hours. In spite of pending changes, we will stick to the following rules as we want to be exemplary users of the band:

300 to 2800 Hz maximum transmitted audio
400 t0 2600 Hz is strongly suggested

50 W ERP max, regardless of 2012 increased limit.

License Required: GENERAL (or better).

A directed net will be the standard.
