On Thursday, at my son's weekly drum lesson, I started wandering around the store, noticed at Gator 6L collecting dust on the floor against a wall.

So, I asked the owner, "How much?"
He gave a number that I could not refuse.

My cost at the music store was $70 (+ tax $3.37)

This music store is a small single-owner (husband and wife) operation that caters primarily to guitarists.

Suggestion: Look around this type of smaller "non-chain" store. You just might find a deal like I did.

DELAYED UPDATE:
Well, as much as I really, really, really ( ) like this case, after adding up the individual weights of everything that I was planning on putting in there, I discovered that the FINAL TOTAL WEIGHT was going to be a BACK-BREAKER.
