New RMS Gateways Activated (2)

W1SP-9 on 145.63 in Canaan and
W1SP-10 on 145.65 in Redding are now on the air. Both in Region 5

W1SP-8 is still off the air and may not be reactivated IF W1SP-10 can fill the void.

Please let me know how these two new gateways are operating. Any issues or concerns.
